Things You Need:

You will need a North Carolina fishing license for all guided trips, and you will need to purchase the flies and leaders you will need for the day. You will need to bring a lunch or you can stop for a sandwich on your way to the stream (except on Sundays). You do not need to rent rod/reels, waders, or boots. We provide Orvis tackle.

Things We Recommend:

We strongly urge that you wear glasses. Flies can end up in the most inconvenient places. Polarized sunglasses are the best. The reduce glare for clearer vision. If you are not wearing waders it is a good idea to have quick-dry clothing. Thick socks are best for wading with or without waders. We recommend merino wool. Hat, sunblock, water, camera, a change of clothes.
