2-Day: (FedEx) Order before 3:00 PM, EST and receive in two business days

3-Day: (FedEx) Order before 3:00 PM, EST and receive in three business days
$9.95 for any order within the U.S.

International Orders:

If you ever have a problem with your Orvis products simply contact us or Orvis direct and we will do our best to make you happy. If an item does not fit or does not live up to your expectations call us at 888-544-7343 and we will give you instructions on how to return it. We will exchange or refund your credit card for the retail price of the item.

Sometimes items are backordered and may not be available. If this is the case with your order we will notify you by e-mail or by the provided telephone number. You will then be able to decide if you want to keep the item on order or change your order. Your credit cards are never charged until we ship the item.
