Middle Creek Cabin

This mountain escape is located near Otto, NC which is approximately a 30 minute drive from our store in Highlands, NC. The cabin overlooks our private water lease on Middle Creek. Brookings manages, and leases approximately 1 mile of Middle Creek for an exceptionally good fly fishing experience. To fish Middle Creek, you have to do so by booking a fly fishing trip with a Brookings' Guide (and its totally worth it)!

The cabin has two master suites with King Beds, and one room with three bunk beds and two baths. Built in 2019, this cabin is practically brand new. The kitchen and living area are open and modern. The best part is the gorgeous views of Middle Creek from nearly every room in the house. The back deck is a great place to kick up your feet or grill some steaks with the relaxing noise of water rolling over rocks as it comes down the creek right at the base of the house.

This cabin makes a great family get away spot, with hiking trails to two major waterfalls. It is also an ideal basecamp while fishing with our Guides at Brookings. Your guides will meet you on the back deck! If you choose to stay here while fishing with us, your nightly fee will be discounted. Rates are $400 per night or $350 per night if a guide trip with Brookings is also booked upon reservation.
